Our expansive mortar is the best on the market for all demolition work on cement buildings, concrete, marble and other rocks, for which explosives are prohibited. It will allow you to reduce the cost of your work, save time and be safer, unlike traditional methods still using a jackhammer or hydraulic breaker.

   Application temperature: +5°C to +30°C.

   Yield: 2.5 kg per m3.

   Expanding power: 1400 bar.

   Action time: 1 to 2 hours.

PROPERTIES:

   Very easy to use.

   Silent and without rejection.

   Non-flammable.

DESTINATION:

•   Cement or concrete buildings, retaining walls, earthworks.

•   Port works, on the road network, tunnels, interior of caves.

•   Masterpieces.

•   Quarries: extraction of rocks such as granite, sandstone, marble.

•   Petrochemical complexes, power stations.

PREPARATIONS:

•   Drill holes 38 to 50 mm in diameter in the material to be destroyed, the space between the holes being 20 to 50 cm. Their depth must be at least equal to 80% of the height of the material. Remove all debris and dust, and allow to cool.

•   Mix 5 kg of expansive mortar with 1.2 liters of cold water until a homogeneous paste is obtained. The mixture should be poured into the holes within 15 minutes of preparation.

APPLICATION:

•   Simply fill the mixture into the pre-drilled holes. Check that there are no air pockets.

•   A chemical reaction then occurs and will cause an expansion force that easily overcomes the resistance of the material to be demolished, and breaks it without an explosion phenomenon.
