  • Carefully inspect the roof before starting. Repair any broken or severely damaged tiles prior to treatment.
  • Clean the roof surface thoroughly. Remove moss, algae, dirt, dust, and debris. If necessary, use a roof cleaner beforehand and allow the surface to dry completely.
  • Ensure the surface is fully dry before applying the water repellent. Moisture inside the material may reduce penetration and effectiveness.
  • Apply during dry weather conditions with no rain forecast for at least 24 hours after treatment.
  • Shake or stir the container thoroughly before use to ensure uniform consistency.
  • Apply the product using a low-pressure sprayer, roller, or brush, depending on roof size and accessibility.
  • Respect the recommended dosage: 1 liter treats up to 10 m². This corresponds to approximately 100 ml per square meter. On highly porous surfaces, slightly higher consumption may be required.
  • Apply generously but evenly until the surface is saturated. The material should absorb the product without excessive runoff.
  • Work methodically in sections to ensure complete and uniform coverage.
  • Avoid over-application that leads to dripping or pooling. The product is designed to penetrate the substrate rather than form a thick surface film.
  • Allow the product to penetrate and dry naturally. Drying time may vary depending on temperature, humidity, and material porosity.
  • Do not apply in direct intense sunlight or during very high temperatures, as rapid evaporation may reduce penetration depth.
  • Prevent contact with windows, metal surfaces, plants, and surrounding areas. Protect adjacent elements during application.
  • Clean tools immediately after use according to product recommendations.
  • Avoid walking on the treated roof until completely dry.
  • For optimal long-term performance, reapply every several years depending on environmental exposure and roof condition.
  • Store the container tightly closed in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight and extreme temperatures.
