  • Ensure the terrace surface is clean, dry, and free of dust, dirt, moss, algae, grease, or previous coatings before application.
  • Allow freshly cleaned surfaces to dry completely, as moisture can reduce penetration and effectiveness.
  • Shake or stir the product thoroughly before use to ensure uniform composition.
  • Test the product on a small, inconspicuous area to confirm compatibility and verify that the appearance remains unchanged.
  • Apply the water repellent evenly using a brush, roller, or low-pressure sprayer, ensuring the surface is saturated uniformly without creating puddles.
  • Recommended dosage is approximately 100 ml per square meter, as one liter treats up to 10 m². Highly porous surfaces may require slightly higher consumption.
  • Apply in one uniform coat for standard protection. For very porous materials, a second wet-on-wet application may be applied while the first coat is still absorbing.
  • Avoid application during rain, strong wind, or when rain is expected within 24 hours after treatment.
  • Allow the treated surface to dry for at least 24 hours before exposing it to heavy rain or foot traffic.
  • Clean tools immediately after use according to the product’s cleaning recommendations.
  • For optimal long-term protection, inspect the surface periodically and reapply when water no longer beads on the surface.
  • Store the product tightly sealed in a cool, dry place, protected from frost and direct sunlight. Keep out of reach of children and follow standard safety precautions during handling and application.
