Instructions

  • Calculate the total weight of cement used in the mix before adding the expander.
  • Measure the mass expander at a rate between 0.1% and 0.5% of the cement weight. For example, for 100 kg of cement, add between 100 g and 500 g of expander depending on project requirements.
  • Add the expander directly to the dry cement mix and blend thoroughly to ensure uniform distribution before adding water.
