• Ensure the wood surface is clean, dry, and free from dust, grease, wax, or old finishes before application.
• Sand the surface evenly to bare wood if necessary and remove all sanding dust thoroughly using a vacuum and a damp cloth.
• Stir the wood vitrifier gently but thoroughly before use to ensure uniform consistency without introducing air bubbles.
• Apply the first coat evenly using a roller or brush suitable for wood finishes, working in the direction of the wood grain.
• Allow the first coat to dry for 2 to 4 hours depending on temperature and humidity conditions.
• Lightly sand between coats if required to remove minor imperfections and improve adhesion, then remove dust completely.
• Apply a second coat for enhanced protection and durability.
• For high-traffic or heavily used surfaces, apply a third coat after proper drying time.
• Allow light use after approximately 24 hours, avoiding heavy traffic or furniture placement.
• Allow full curing for 5 to 7 days before intensive use, wet cleaning, or exposure to heavy loads to ensure optimal performance and long-term resistance.
