  • Allow the product to soak into the wood. Apply additional coats wet-on-wet if the wood continues to absorb the solution rapidly.
  • Avoid creating surface puddles. Ensure even saturation without excessive accumulation.
  • Allow the treated area to cure completely, typically 12 to 24 hours depending on temperature and ventilation.
  • After curing, sand the surface lightly if necessary to prepare for filling or finishing.
  • Apply wood filler if required to rebuild missing sections, then sand smooth once cured.
  • Finish with paint, varnish, or protective coating for long-term protection.
