- Ensure the metal surface is clean, dry, and free of dust, grease, oil, or rust before application. Remove any existing loose rust using sandpaper or a wire brush.
- If necessary, degrease the surface with an appropriate cleaner and allow it to dry completely before applying the varnish.
- Stir the product thoroughly before use to ensure a consistent mixture.
- Apply a thin, even coat using a brush, roller, or spray gun. Avoid applying excessively thick layers, as this may affect drying and final finish quality.
- Respect the recommended dosage: one liter covers up to 10 m². This corresponds to approximately 100 ml per square meter for optimal performance.
- Allow the first coat to dry completely according to ambient temperature and ventilation conditions, typically 4 to 6 hours.
- For enhanced protection and durability, apply a second coat after the first coat has fully dried. Do not exceed the recommended total coverage per coat.
- Avoid exposing the treated surface to moisture or heavy use for at least 24 hours to allow full curing.
- Clean tools immediately after use with the appropriate solvent recommended for varnish-based products.
- Store the container tightly closed in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight and extreme temperatures to preserve product quality.
