Deep protection specifically adapted to autoclaved wood. Our autoclaved wood saturator is specially formulated to penetrate deeply into pressure-treated wood, restoring nourishment lost during the autoclaving process while providing long-lasting protection against moisture, UV rays, weathering, and environmental stress, ensuring treated wood remains stable, resistant, and visually appealing over time.
The most effective saturator for autoclaved wood on the market. Thanks to a formulation designed to work with chemically treated fibers, this saturator outperforms standard oils and stains that often struggle to penetrate autoclaved wood, ensuring deep absorption, uniform protection, and superior long-term performance.
Satisfaction guaranteed or your money back. We are fully confident in the quality and effectiveness of our autoclaved wood saturator, which is why we offer a satisfied-or-refunded guarantee: if you are not completely satisfied with the results, we will refund your purchase without conditions, making your investment entirely risk-free.
The lowest price for professional-grade autoclaved wood protection. By optimizing formulation, sourcing, and distribution, we are able to offer a premium-quality autoclaved wood saturator at the most competitive price on the market, allowing homeowners and professionals to protect large treated wood surfaces efficiently without unnecessary expense.
Guaranteed 24-hour delivery. We always provide 24-hour delivery so you can treat autoclaved wood at the optimal moment, whether after installation, during renovation, or as part of seasonal maintenance, preventing premature degradation caused by delays.
Exceptional resistance to moisture and outdoor conditions. The saturator creates a water-repellent yet breathable barrier that limits moisture absorption, reduces swelling, cracking, and warping, and protects autoclaved wood against rain, humidity, frost, and temperature variations common in outdoor environments.
Powerful UV protection to prevent graying. Formulated with high-performance UV-resistant components, the saturator slows down the natural graying process caused by sun exposure, preserving the original tone and appearance of autoclaved wood while maintaining a natural, matte finish.
Preserves the natural texture and structure of treated wood. Unlike film-forming coatings, this autoclaved wood saturator does not create a surface layer; it enhances wood grain and texture while respecting the structural properties of pressure-treated timber.
Highly breathable to prevent peeling and blistering. By allowing internal moisture to escape freely, the saturator prevents peeling, flaking, and blistering, ensuring long-term performance even on horizontal surfaces exposed to standing water and direct weather exposure.
Ideal for all exterior autoclaved wood applications. This autoclaved wood saturator is perfectly suited for decks, terraces, fences, posts, pergolas, garden structures, cladding, playground equipment, and outdoor furniture made from pressure-treated wood.
Extends the lifespan of pressure-treated wood installations. By protecting wood from moisture penetration, UV damage, and environmental stress, the saturator significantly increases durability, reduces maintenance frequency, and delays costly repairs or full replacement of autoclaved wood structures.
Easy maintenance and simple renewal. Treated surfaces can be refreshed easily without sanding or stripping, making long-term upkeep faster, cleaner, and more economical than varnishes or paints.
Easy application with professional-quality results. Designed for smooth application using a brush, roller, or sprayer, the saturator penetrates evenly and delivers consistent, streak-free results accessible to both professionals and DIY users.
Ideal for new installations and renovation projects. Whether protecting newly installed autoclaved wood or restoring weathered surfaces, this saturator delivers reliable, long-lasting protection and a refined natural finish suited to all exterior treated wood projects.
Instructions
- Ensure the autoclaved wood surface is clean, dry, and free from dust, dirt, algae, mold, or surface residues before application.
- Allow newly installed autoclaved wood to dry adequately before treatment to ensure optimal absorption.
- Clean weathered or gray treated wood with an appropriate wood cleaner and allow it to dry completely.
- Stir the autoclaved wood saturator thoroughly before use to ensure even distribution of protective components.
- Apply generously using a brush, roller, or sprayer, always working in the direction of the wood grain.
- Allow the saturator to penetrate deeply; apply wet-on-wet if necessary until the wood is fully saturated.
- Wipe off any excess product after penetration to avoid sticky or glossy areas.
- Do not apply during rain, frost, strong wind, or direct intense sunlight.
- Allow the treated surface to dry for approximately 24 hours before light use or exposure to moisture.
- Inspect treated wood periodically and reapply the saturator when water repellency or surface appearance begins to diminish.
