  • Prepare the fine grain mortar with precise water dosage. The recommended water proportion is 30 to 35 percent of the powder weight. This corresponds to:\n

    • 3.0 to 3.5 liters of clean water for 10 kg of fine grain mortar.<\/li>\n
    • 1.5 to 1.75 liters of clean water for 5 kg of mortar.<\/li>\n
    • 300 to 350 milliliters of clean water for 1 kg of mortar.
      \nAccurate measurement is essential. Excess water may weaken the mortar, reduce mechanical strength, and compromise waterproof performance. Insufficient water may lead to poor workability and improper bonding.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n
    • Pour the measured water into a clean mixing bucket first. If color is required, thoroughly mix the selected pigment into the water before adding the mortar powder. This ensures uniform coloration throughout the mixture.<\/li>\n
    • Gradually add the fine grain mortar powder into the water while mixing with a low-speed electric mixer operating at approximately 400 to 600 rpm. Mix for 2 to 3 minutes until achieving a smooth, homogeneous, lump-free consistency.<\/li>\n
    • Allow the mixture to rest for about 1 minute, then remix briefly for 30 seconds. Do not add additional water after mixing, as this may negatively affect performance and create color inconsistencies.<\/li>\n
    • Apply the first coat of fine grain mortar using a stainless steel trowel. Spread a thin, even layer of approximately 1 mm thickness. Maintain consistent pressure to ensure uniform coverage, especially on vertical pool walls.<\/li>\n

    • Apply the pore filler evenly using a roller or flexible trowel. This step closes micro-pores and enhances waterproofing performance. Allow it to dry for 4 to 6 hours. Light sanding may be required after drying.<\/li>\n
    • Apply the first coat of microcement varnish using a microfiber roller. Spread evenly and avoid pooling. Ensure complete coverage on horizontal and vertical surfaces.<\/li>\n
    • Allow the first varnish coat to dry for 4 to 6 hours. Lightly sand with very fine sandpaper (grain 220 to 320) to promote adhesion between coats. Remove all dust carefully.<\/li>\n
    • Apply a second coat of microcement varnish for enhanced waterproofing and chemical resistance. In fully submerged pool areas, a third coat is strongly recommended to maximize protection.<\/li>\n
    • Allow the entire system to cure completely before filling the pool with water. A minimum curing period of 7 days is recommended to ensure full mechanical strength and chemical resistance.<\/li>\n
